	Diane Joester | Chief Architect, LANSA Product Center Diane has been working with LANSA for 20+ years and has extensive experience and skills on both the System i and windows platforms. She is presently one of the Chief Architects of the LANSA Product Suite. Her in-depth technical background and experience with the System i, Windows and Web development puts her in a unique position as she leads the future of LANSA Product development. Diane excels at clearly communicating the most difficult of technical details.
	Mark Duignan | Chief Architect, LANSA Product Center Mark has been with LANSA since the doors opened, having architected the LANSA foundations back in 1987. Currently, he leads a team that is focused on enhancing the use of LANSA within common business application scenarios and on extending the LANSA developer environment to higher productivity levels. Recent deliverables include the Visual LANSA Framework, RAMP from LANSA and LANSA Open for .NET. Mark continues his focus on making the LANSA Product Suite simpler and easier to use.
	Madan Divaker | Product Manager, LANSA Since joining LANSA ten years ago, Madan has acquired extensive knowledge in all LANSA products, as well as .NET and Java. Initially Madan worked with the architects of LANSA at the LANSA Product Center (LPC) in Australia, helping design and develop the LANSA product suite. Currently, he is involved with LANSA Training, Technical Support, Services, Presales and Product Development, as well as keeping abreast of market and technology trends.
	Eden Watt | Vice President of Professional Services, LANSA In addition to managing a large international consulting division, Eden has contributed articles, columns, and chapters for magazines and journals. She is a frequent speaker at conferences on the topics of eBusiness, modernization, and supply chain automation.
	David Brault | Product Marketing Manager, LANSA In his role as Product Marketing Manager, David draws on 11 years of LANSA experience — including nine at LANSA’s U.S. headquarters and two at the LANSA Product Center (LPC) in Australia — to help determine the market message for LANSA’s products. He is also responsible for working with LPC to launch new LANSA products, and serves as the product line expert in the U.S. for press and analyst briefings. David has extensive knowledge in all LANSA products, as well as .Net and XML. And he is a frequent speaker at COMMON and other industry events.
	Don Nelson | Vice President, Customer Support, LANSA Don brings over 20 years LANSA experience to his role as Vice President of Customer Support, including 12 years as a LANSA ISV prior to joining the company where he designed and developed a LANSA based ERP system. This experience provides him with a unique perspective on developer and end user needs. Don manages Customer Support, LANSA's Data Sync Direct and Data Secure Direct solutions team, Product Management, IT and is the senior liaison to the LANSA Product Centre for the Americas region.
